Randy is currently employed as Director of Patient Financial Services with Sheltering Arms Physical Rehabilitation Centers in Richmond, VA and has been in healthcare finance and operations for 28 years.  Randy has been a member of the Virginia-DC Chapter of HFMA since 1997 and currently serves as chairman of the certification committee.  He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.  Randy is a Fellow of HFMA and is also board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of ACHE.   He resides in Charlottesville, VA with his wife, Marilyn.
