Sponsorship Categories and Benefits

PLATINUM SPONSOR $7,000 ANNUALLY

- Recognition as the ”Sole Platinum Sponsor” on selected chapter handouts at the registration desk for our two Statewide Meetings. (Items such as bags, notebooks, cups, etc.)
- Five (5) coupons valued at up to $75 each toward registration fees for education workshops sponsored solely by VAHFMA throughout the year.
- VIP Invitation to all New Member Receptions.
- Opportunity to set up a display booth in space provided by the chapter, at no additional charge, at our two Statewide Meetings. (Cost for special needs such as telephone lines, facility handling and shipping fees, etc. are extra.) Special handouts or door prizes for persons visiting the booth are permissible but optional.
- Opportunity to place promotional materials in Statewide Meeting registration packets.
- Opportunity to introduce Keynote speakers at Statewide Meetings.
