Sponsorship Categories and Benefits
for the Chapter Year September 1, 2006 – August 31, 2007
GOLD SPONSORS $4,500 ANNUALLY
- Recognition of Gold Sponsors on selected chapter handouts at the registration desk for our two Statewide Meetings. (Items such as bags, notebooks, cups, etc.)
- Five (5) coupons valued at up to $75 each toward registration fees for education workshops sponsored solely by VAHFMA throughout the year.
- VIP Invitation to all New Member Receptions.
- Opportunity to set up a display booth in space provided by the chapter, at no additional charge, at our two Statewide Meetings. (Cost for special needs such as telephone lines, facility handling and shipping fees, etc. are extra.) Special handouts or door prizes for persons visiting the booth are permissible but optional.
- Opportunity to place promotional materials in Statewide Meeting registration packets.
- Opportunity to introduce Keynote speakers at Statewide Meetings.
- Four (4) complimentary meeting registrations per year for use in registering for our Statewide Meetings.
- Gold Sponsor Ribbons for sponsor representatives registered and attending our Statewide Meetings.
- Recognition in the “Dispatch”, a membership magazine published a minimum of four times per year.
- Recognition as a sponsor on the VAHFMA Web page with a “hot link” to the sponsors Web Site.
- Framed Certificate or Plaque of Appreciation.
SILVER SPONSORS $3,000 ANNUALLY
